Our payment plans are annual. The only difference between them is how many Projects you can add. There is no limitation in regards on how many IO/WP or Employees or Assignments or Meetings you can add.
We recommend to add all your Projects in ProjectsKey, for which it is important to be carefull with the Assignments of Employees.
Yes. ProjectsKey is a paid service with annual payment plans.
First you are notified one more time that your Subscription has ended. You will still be able to access the service and your data for another 30 days, because we want to give you plenty of time to extract your data in case you do not plan to renew.
In case you renew, your plan starts from the date your previous subscription has ended.
After the 30 days and in case of no renewal, then all your data is deleted and you loose access to the service. This is not reversible. We treat your data as personal, thus we are not actually allowed to have them when there is not an active subscription.
In case you then change your mind, we will not be able to restore your data and you will have to start all new.
In case no more than 20 days have passed since your first subscription, then of course you can have a refund.

First step is to register and complete your payment.
Important fields of your registration are your email address and a prefix you desire. We need your email address to send you your credentials and the link that you can access ProjectsKey. This desired prefix is usually your company’s name.
In order for you to use Projectskey, we create an area, a subdomain, specifically for you. Then you will be able to access ProjectsKey under e.g https://your-cool-company-name.projectskey.eu. If you do not provide a prefix, then we will decide a prefix for you with random characters. At the time being, this is created manually and that is why there might be a waiting up to 3 days till you will be able to access ProjectsKey.
Once everything is ready you will be notified via email with your credentials and the url.
