We firmly believe in and stand behind our product 100%, but we understand that it cannot be convenient in the end for everyone. If you would like to request a refund, please use the below form.
Eligible Reasons for Refund Requests
- If you are within the 20 days of the original purchase of your plan. A reason is not required, although please be so kind to let us know!
In this case we will return you full amount of your money.
- If the service is not available at all and you have made this known with a ticket or by email and we could not restore the functionality in 3 working days.
We do not believe that this is something even realistic to happen, but we state this here as one more way to say that you are not going pay for something that does not work. In this case we will return you the amount of your money that corresponds to the next months untill the end of your subscription package.
Please be reminded, that as we respect the GDPR law, we handle all your data you enter in ProjectsKey as personal data and as such it is deleted once your subscription package is refunded or not renewed.
After you submit your request, we will send you an email back to you asking you to confirm your request from your email address. Once you confirm, we proceed to your refund and the cancellation of your subscription.
