ProjectsKey is about helping companies, which work on Projects funded by European Union (like ProAdas from Erasmus+ for example), to organize their work in a sense that they delegate it correctly. The main task and focus of ProjectsKey is to ensure that it does not look like that an Employee does different things in parallel.
For each Project, EU requires a time sheet in which it must be stated who has work on and for how long. There are penalties and even a cancellation of the whole Project is possible, should an employee be found to have worked on a different Project the exact same date. Needless to say that there are more criteria to take into account in order to make delegations to an Employee.
This, in combination with working on multiple Projects, makes it really hard not to make a single delegation on a wrong date. This is what ProjectsKey and its features intend to make short work for you.

You decide which user will make the assignments and which user will simply overview.

Create your Project (e.g ProAdas)
Create its Intellectual Outputs or Working Packages with their date period and the needed effort per Specialty
Add your Employees and their Contracts. Each contract has its own period of time, its own Specialty, its own working hours and days.
Decide who Employee will work on which IO / WP by simply dragging and dropping its name on a Calendar. ProjectsKey will automatically check if this employee has already an assignment or a meeting on that day or if its national Holiday etc.. and it will accept or reject your call.

Use this feature and save yourself a lot of time. You can invite your external partners to provide you their dissemination reports directly through ProjectsKey. You then, as an admin, can check them and either approve or disapprove them. Filter your reports by date range and status and extract them concatenated in a document docx file.
